Full/Installment Payment → You will receive your Official Registration Form via email

STEP 2: Proof of Payment Submission

STEP 3: Submission of Admission Requirements
Please submit the printed copies of your admission requirements onsite.

Important Reminder: We understand that preparing documents may take time. You are given 30 days from the official start of classes to complete your admission requirements. Failure to comply within this period will result in enrollment cancellation.
STEP 4: Required Assessments
As part of your enrollment journey, you are required to complete the following:
Medical Examination – Clinic
Psychological Assessment – Conducted by a licensed Psychometrician at the Student Formation Office
Note: These steps are designed to support your academic readiness, well-being, and successful transition into campus life.
STEP 5: Student ID Processing
Once all requirements are completed, you will proceed to Student ID processing and issuance. This marks your official entry as a
recognized member of the institution.
